The Spring Lake property is 27 nautical miles northwest from International Falls, MN (KINL) / Fort Frances, Ontario Canada.  It is 50 miles by road, traveling through Emo, Ontario, and then north towards Nester Falls, located on Lake of the Woods.

The property can be accessed by float plane or vehicle.  Located on Highway 615, the tar road goes through the property, ending just up the road at Clearwater Lake (Historically called Burditt Lake).  There is also a seaplane base on Clearwater Lake that services remote fly-in outposts.

KINL is an International Airport with airline services that serves GA as well, with fuel, tiedowns, car rental, and van taxi service from International Falls to Clearwater Lake on a regular basis.
